24-HOUR TOWING SERVICE FOR ALL HOUSING AUTHORITY-DESIGNATED PROPERTIES

The Housing Authority of the City of New Britain is soliciting proposals from licensed towing contractors under the laws of the State of Connecticut, to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete all work as specified or reasonably implied in the RFP, relating to towing and storing illegal parked vehicles and/or removal of abandoned vehicles on properties owned by the Authority.

BASEMENT WATERPROOFING AT OVAL GROVE DEVELOPMENT

HOUSING AUTHORITY FEDERAL DESIGNATED PROPERTY The Housing Authority of the City of New Britain is soliciting proposals from licensed  Contractors under the laws of the State of Connecticut, to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete all work as specified or reasonably implied in the RFP, relating to Twenty-Seven 2- Story Apartment Building approximately 160 units.

ARCHITECT SERVICE FOR FLAT ROOF REPLACEMENT

The Housing Authority of the City of New Britain (Authority) will be accepting competitive proposals from Architect Firms for a federal property named Kennedy Apartments located at 300 East Main Street New Britain Connecticut 06051, to provide drawing and redesign for the roof classified as flat roof and elevator penthouse which consist of tar and gravel surface and EPDM edge treatment replaced. There are 2 inches of rigid board insulation in the roof system. The elevator penthouse roof is also tar and gravel which needs an EPDM edge that needs to be completely replaced.
