The Housing Authority of the City of New Britain (NBHA) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, licensed, responsible firms to provide NBHA’s External Annual Audit in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose is to provide independent AUDIT SERVICES for the organization.
Proposals will be received until 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday April 6, 2023, at the
Housing Authority of the City of New Britain, 16 Armistice Street, New Britain, CT 06053. If mailed, the NBHA must receive proposals no later than the time and date stated above. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked with the words, “PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS – AUDIT SERVICES”. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

The successful firm will be required to hold the proposal price for a period of not less than sixty-days (90) from the proposal submission date and will begin work as prescribed in the Notice to Proceed.
